At e-baptisi our main concern is your satisfaction and confidence for your purchases.
That is why we provide you with the possibility of returning the products WITHOUT ANY REASON within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The only condition is that the product is returned to its original packaging and has not been damaged.
In this case, the only charge is the shipping costs and you must make sure that the product reaches our hands in its original condition. After the product is checked then we will return the price you have paid in the most appropriate way and definitely after consultation.
Product Change
Product changes can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. In this case and for the first exchange you are not charged with shipping costs.
In case of a second exchange, you will be charged with the shipping costs for sending the product to e-baptisi and with the shipping costs of shipping the new product unless there is a difference in price (you chose a more expensive product) that is greater than the free shipping limit ( 50 €). In this case, the shipping of the new product is free of charge.
Product Return or Replacement due to our fault
Product replacement without any charge is done in any case of mistake from e-baptisi (eg you ordered one item and we sent you another). In this case you are not charged with shipping costs and after you notify us we will arrange for the shipping of the correct product and the receipt of the wrong product at no charge to you or if you wish a return we will arrange for the receipt of the product and the refund in the most appropriate way without any charge to you.
For all cases of change or return, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, along with all the original documents (receipt, invoice) that accompanied the product.
