At e-baptisi we make every effort to make your purchases from our online store as easy and safe as possible. We provide various payment methods for your order so that you can choose the one that suits you best.
Your payment is made upon delivery of the parcel by the courier company we work with. It is the simplest way without using a credit card but its administrative cost forces us to charge your order with the amount of 2 €.
You can complete your payment with any credit or debit card of any bank.
The transaction is completed with the method of redirection to the safe environment of the NATIONAL BANK. After completing your order which is placed directly in our system, you are transferred to the payment completion page where you enter your card details to complete the process. The whole process is completely secure with 256bit encryption and takes place entirely in the Bank’s computer systems. e-baptisi does not store any data related to this process but is automatically informed of the successful or unsuccessful
Once you have completed your order and if you choose it as a payment method in the automated order confirmation e-mail you will receive, there will be the e-baptisi bank account at the partner bank (National Bank of Greece) to complete the transfer of the amount via e-banking or go to the nearest store to make the payment.
Note that with your order the products are bound for you until the payment is completed. This commitment is valid until noon of the next working day. By then, their payment must have been completed and you must have sent us a copy of the deposit by e-mail to info@e-baptisi.gr, or simply inform us by phone at 231 400 6420 during the opening hours of the store. If the payment is not completed by noon of the next working day, your order may be canceled and the products will be released. In case you delay the completion of the payment please let us know at 231 400 6420 to rule out this possibility.
If you choose to pick up your order from our store, you have the option of paying upon receipt in any way that suits you.
