For the shipment of of orders we cooperate with the courier service ELTA-Courier achieving delivery as quickly as possible in the most remote parts of Greece.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time from the moment of shipment is 1 – 3 days in most areas of Greece.
The orders that we accept on working days until 14:00 but also on Saturday until 12:00 are processed on the same day, thus achieving their immediate delivery even the next working day in large urban centers. Orders we accept on Saturday after 13:00 and during the weekend, will be shipped next Monday.
Deliveries are made throughout the day from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. There is a possibility of delivery on Saturday with a charge of € 2.50 by arrangement.
The islands have a minimum delivery time of 2 days. For inaccessible areas the delivery time varies but does not exceed 4-5 days in the most extreme cases.
When there are problems in the country’s road network as well as severe weather phenomena, there may be delays in deliveries.
Upon completion of your order and as soon as it is delivered by us to the courier company you will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number (voucher). With this number you can visit the company website at www.elta-courier.gr and in the option Shipping Search you can follow the course of the parcel.
Shipping Charges
For purchases over € 50.00, shipping is free throughout Greece.
For purchases under € 50.00, the shipping charge is € 3.00 for all of Greece regardless of weight.
The Shipping charge, if any, is added to the total cost and you see it when completing your order.
